Loan Documentation Specialist and Collections Team Member

This position includes:

• Loan Packages
• Receiving loan packages for verification, including:employment verification, personal reference contact, verifying file accuracy, verification of client contact information, Etc
• Communication with managers regarding package
• Issuing notice to dealership upon completion
• Entering client data into various programs
• Insurance verification and CPI policy placement
• Verify compliance of insurance policy (creation and renewals)
• Communication with CPI, insurance and customersregarding insurance coverage and requirements
• Submit enforcements, updates and cancellations for collateral protection program.
• Collections
• Assist the Collections Team by making reminder calls and contacting under 30 days past due customer accounts.
• Customer service
• Answering phones/Customer inquiries and payments
• Communication through phone, email and text

Requirements:

• Be able to sit for long periods of time
• Be proficient with computer and office equipment
• Possess excellent organization and analytical skills
• Possess excellent oral and written communication skills
• Interact well with co-workers
• Must be good with a computer
• Have a clean background

Schedule is as follows:

Monday - Thursday 8AM to 5PM

Friday 8AM to 6PM

Saturday - Sunday Closed

Holidays Closed all major Holidays

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $13.00 - $18.00 per hour
