Job Responsibilities:
Ship products via UPS, US POSTAL SERVICES. Operates copiers, fax machines, laminating machines, and point-of-sale devices. Answering phone, emails, tending to customers. Take ownership of the customer's needs and offer viable solutions. Deliver outstanding customer service to walk-in customers and telephone inquiries.
Job Requirements:
1. Legally entitled to work in the United States.
2. Fluent in English. (other languages a plus)
3. Must be willing to work all shifts and able to lift atleast 40 pounds or more when needed.
4. Visual and verbal communication a must.
5. NOTARY and Shipping store experience helpful such as Postal Annex, Ups Stores, fed-ex etc.
