Job description

We are looking for an LVN who can work Saturday & Sunday 9am-5pm or 10am-6pm with a Pediatric female patient. She's got a G-tube, she's non-ambulatory and needs assistance with his ADLs.

S & D Medical Management Services is an organization of agencies that specialize in Pediatric and Adult Shift Care Nursing. You will be working with the patient 1-ON-1 in their home. If you are tired of caring for 20 or more patients on any given shift, and not being able to go home after long shift due to short staff. This is a great opportunity to focus all your energy on 1 patient to achieve a maximum state of health. All shifts are set, meaning you will always know your schedule as it will rarely ever change.
