Deluxe is a great place to work! The average tenure at our site is 18 years! We are currently looking for a Machine Operator to join our team in Mountain Lakes, New Jersey (Morris County)!

$1K SIGN-ON BONUS!

• Half payable at 30 days, and the other half at 6 months

Pay: $18.00 / hour + depending on experience

• +$1 / hour shift differential for 2nd and 3rd shift
• Paid weekly on Fridays

Shifts Available:

• 1st Shift: Monday - Friday, 7:00 am - 3:00 pm
• 2nd Shift: Monday - Friday, 3:00 pm - 11:00 pm
• 3rd Shift: Sunday - Thursday, 11:00 pm - 7:00 am
• Overtime is required (can include weekends)

Responsibilities:

• Safely, accurately, and productively operate digital printers displaying good computer and organizational skills
• Safely, accurately, and productively operate bindery equipment displaying good mechanical skills
• Safely, accurately, and productively operate order fulfillment system displaying the ability to react to system messages and partner with team members
• Safely, accurately, and productively manifest and ship completed pieces
• Support operations and contribute toward team results by performing other production jobs as required

Qualifications:

• 18+ years old and eligible to work in the USA
• Familiar with printing products, equipment, printing process, and ink usage
• Basic mechanical ability / knowledge
• Basic math, reading, and computer skills
• Able to stand for long periods of time
• Ability to lift up to 25 lbs
• Able to maintain a safe and clean working environment by complying with procedures, rules and regulations
