We are currently seeking a Maintenance Inventory Control Clerk for 1st shift!

Responsibilities:

• Enters production work order transactions into a CMMS (Computer Maintenance Management System) system.
• Assists with ordering, storing, receiving, and distributing processes of the organization’s parts and supplies. Main duties include controlling the flow of parts and equipment, tracking, and analyzing inventory.
• Enters parts information into a CMMS system to later identify the part, part number, quantities, and physical location
• Assists with inventory cycle counts.
• Processes special and recurring reports and administrative records.
• Performs other related duties as assigned by management.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or general education degree (GED), and 6 months related experience and/or training.
• Computer skills required: Microsoft Office Suite
• Good organizational, troubleshooting, and analytical skills
• Good oral and written communication skills
• Knowledge and experience of Industrial Manufacturing parts a plus
• Knowledge and experience with Industrial Manufacturing Maintenance a plus
