As our newMaintenance Planner, you will:
- Provide direct assistance to the Maintenance Manager, Maintenance Supervisor, and other departments within the operation.
- Assistin the scheduling and planning of all preventative maintenance and scheduled outages.
- Procure of all non-metal supplies, components, and services.
- Ensure that all required procurement procedures are followed.
- Ensure the optimal utilization of purchasing maintenance and equipment components to achieve uptime that will efficiently sustain and improve plant equipment following all guidelines for safety, environmental and other Real Alloy.
Qualifications:
- High School diploma or equivalent business experience is a minimum requirement.
- Proven ability to develop, implement and manage systems and procedures.
- Must possess strong interpersonal, communication and team leadership skills.
- Strong decision making, analytical skills and proven ability to work cross-functionally.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Excel required.
- Oracle experience considered a plus.
- Highly motivated, goal oriented, ethical, and challenge driven.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

- PLC Troubleshooting Skills
- Creating Preventive Maintenance Plans
- Electrical Troubleshooting Skills
- Mechanical Troubleshooting Skills
- Hydraulics Experience
