About the opportunity:

Our beautiful property has over 500 units. We prefer applicants with one year of property maintenance and management experience. Some weekend availability and participation in the on-call schedule are required.

What are some of the responsibilities of a Service Manager?

• Perform routine and preventative maintenance throughout the apartment community
• Respond to service requests
• Schedule make-ready units
• Supervise and train staff
• Schedule and ensure the quality of make-ready units in an efficient and timely manner and within budget
• Maintain shop inventory and report deficiencies to the Community Manager

Requirements:

• One year of maintenance and management experience in the apartment or hotel industry
• Strong customer service skills
• Experience completing work orders and preparing make-ready units
• Well-rounded technical maintenance skillset
• A positive attitude
• A valid driver's license
