Our client is seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to support their multi-unit residential property on a temporary to hire basis! You must have basic electrical, plumbing, & painting experience visible on your updated resume.
The pay rate is up to $19/hr. depending on experience & the hours are either 8am - 4:30pm or 8:30am - 5pm + great benefits once hired permanently! Apply today & call us at 716-630-7008!
Skills, Qualifications, Requirements:
- When assigned On Call duty, must respond to after hours & emergency maintenance calls within 20 minutes of being contacted by answering service. On average, on call equals one time per week. There are often many weeks with no after hours calls.
- Must have valid driver’s license & registered, inspected motor vehicle.
- Must have own tools & not live further than 20 minutes from location.
- Mechanical ability, as well as general knowledge of electrical & plumbing.
- Knowledge of HVAC systems is a ++++, but not required.
- Personable, professional attitude.
