(This position is contract/1099 only.)

Job Summary: This position is responsible for the overall preventive maintenance and repairs of StayOver properties, including but not limited to, equipment, furnishings, basic plumbing, HV/AC, electric, and building maintenance. Provide friendly, attentive, and timely service to create an exceptional experience for StayOver guests, owners and employees.

The purpose of the role is to deliver services that assist StayOver Management in meeting their operational objectives in driving exceptional Customer Service standards; Promote the StayOver legacy of genuine hospitality while upholding and ensuring compliance with all Company and departmental policies and procedures.

Essential Functions:

· Inspecting, diagnosing and repairing mechanical defects and problems in any of our rental homes and perform regular preventative maintenance of each cabin

· Establish relationships with owners and StayOver staff

· Movement of furnishings, materials, and equipment associated with maintenance tasks

· Ability to do basic electrical work, plumbing and preventive maintenance

· Power-washing of patios

· Trash Removal

· Systems Troubleshooting onsite and remotely: TV/Internet, Appliances, HVAC, Plumbing, Hot Tubs & Gas Fireplaces.

· Maintain inventory of supplies and parts used for repairs

· Documenting work orders and request approval, as needed

· Maintain a thorough knowledge of current guest services

· Maintain cleanliness and organization in all work areas

· Uphold appropriate departmental standards of quality and timeliness.

· Be an example of StayOver’s Core Beliefs in the activities that you perform.

· Maintain a positive and professional demeanor during all interactions with employees, management, guests, owners and outside vendors.

Education & Experience Qualifications:

· 5-years relevant experience

· Ability to convey a positive and professional image to internal and external guests

· Strong attention to detail

· Strong communication and interpersonal skills
