Everyday Will Be Different but Your Primary Duties Include:

• Has solid handyman skills for unique and unusual repairs.
• Performs maintenance inspections of dwellings and troubleshoots when necessary.
• Checks and repairs plumbing connections for safety & functionality.
• Checks all appliances and applicable connections for safety & functionality.
• Performs preventative maintenance such as caulking around tub & water closet areas, attaching shower guards, removing covers from wall heaters & cleaning.
• Employs carpentry skills.
• Applies paints or stains to walls, fences, with rollers or brushes. Sprays materials such as water, sand, steam, vinyl, paint or stucco through a hose to clean, coat, or seal surfaces.
• Repairs or replaces toilets, tubs, sinks, faucets, and related plumbing.
• Troubleshoots, repairs or replaces gas hot water heater.
• Repairs or replaces hose bibs.
• Repairs or replaces doors, jambs, molding & trim.
• Performs a variety of exterior maintenance such as gutter repair or replacement, siding replacement, paint touch up, patch pavement.
• Applies caulking compounds by hand or with a caulking gun to seal crevices.
