**$1,000 Sign on BONUS**

Maintain and repair all plant facilities, machinery and equipment.

Principal Responsibilities:

• Perform minor preventative maintenance duties on vehicles, forklifts, all factory equipment, and all facility equipment.
• Perform minor maintenance on hydraulic systems
• Perform minor maintenance on electrical/electronic systems including building and company equipment
• Maintains accurate inventory of parts and supplies for maintenance and repair of all equipment and facilities.
• Assume additional responsibilities as needed
• Perform maintenance and troubleshooting on laser and plasma cutting systems.
• Perform maintenance and troubleshooting on CNC machining and fabrication equipment.
• Perform maintenance and troubleshooting on blast and powder coat paint related equipment.
• Perform maintenance and troubleshooting on air and water filtration and disposal.
• Perform maintenance and troubleshooting on Pulsed MiG robotic and manual weld machines.
• Perform building and grounds general maintenance.

Position Qualifications: **

• Must have work experience in welding, metal fabrication, plumbing, carpentry, mechanics, and/or electrical wiring.
• 1 year manufacturing work experience

Physical Demands & Work Environment:

• Must be able to work up to a 12 hour shift.
• Must have ability to work from heights up to 25 ft.
• While performing duties of job, employee is required to: stand, kneel, walk, sit, climb, bend, and twist; use hands to finger, handle and feel objects, tools or controls; reach with hands and arms; talk and hear.
• Employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.
• Specific vision abilities required by the job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and the ability to adjust focus.
• While performing the duties of this job, the employee is exposed to changes in temperature and humidity, exposure to dust, fumes and is near moving machinery.
