As a Maintenance Technician I you will be responsible for performing general facility maintenance to include basic carpentry, plumbing, electrical repairs, painting and mechanical repairs.

Our Facilities Department operates 7 days per week. Hours of operation may vary based upon business needs.

Additional Responsibilities Include:

• Repair and maintain physical structure of establishment and operate all resort and physical plant systems & associated equipment.
• Perform repairs on all types of equipment to include boilers, plumbing, pumps, exhaust fans and air conditioning equipment and/or replace gauges, valves, pressure regulators and related equipment.
• Install and repair electrical apparatus, such as transformers & wiring and electrical & electronic components of machinery and equipment.
• Fabricate and repair counters, benches, partitions and other wooden structures; refurbish and remodel rooms.
• Respond to and correct any guest complaints or service calls that may occur and conduct proper building rounds and maintain records.
• Assists in all other related duties as assigned.

• Universal Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) Certification
• HVAC Certification
