As a Maintenance Technician I you will be responsible for performing general facility maintenance to include basic carpentry, plumbing, electrical repairs, painting and mechanical repairs.

Schedule Details:
Our Facilities Department operates 7 days per week. Hours of operation may vary based upon business needs.
Additional Responsibilities Include:
- Repair and maintain physical structure of establishment and operate all resort and physical plant systems & associated equipment.
- Perform repairs on all types of equipment to include boilers, plumbing, pumps, exhaust fans and air conditioning equipment and/or replace gauges, valves, pressure regulators and related equipment.
- Install and repair electrical apparatus, such as transformers & wiring and electrical & electronic components of machinery and equipment.
- Fabricate and repair counters, benches, partitions and other wooden structures; refurbish and remodel rooms.
- Respond to and correct any guest complaints or service calls that may occur and conduct proper building rounds and maintain records.
- Assists in all other related duties as assigned.

- High school diploma or GED
- 2+ years of general maintenance experience
- Ability to stand, sit, crouch, bend, stoop, reach, grasp, push/pull and lift/carry items frequently throughout the day
It would be advantageous in this position for you to demonstrate the following capabilities and distinctions:
- Universal Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) Certification
- HVAC Certification
