EAG Laboratories is looking for a Maintenance Technician who will independently perform preventive, predictive, and routine maintenance tasks.
Work Schedule: 12am-8:30am, Sunday - Thursday
This position is an opportunity to work with a variety of electromechanical test systems and customers to grow EAG’s business. In this role, you will be responsible for the daily maintenance and repair of the various IC Handlers (Chroma, Exatron & Seiko Epson NS5x, 6x), Wafer Probers (TEL & Opus), ATE systems (Teradyne & Advantest) and peripheral equipment used during test operations and engineering.
Responsibilities:
- Daily/weekly preventive maintenance and documentation/pass down in maintenance database.
- Assist with customer setups and other activities to ensure test floor operations continue with minimal interference.
- Collaborate with peers to provide expeditious response to test floor situations and customer inquiries.
- Make necessary recommendations to enhance EAG maintenance performances.
- 5+ years of Test Floor Operations/Maintenance.
- Basic knowledge with Windows and Linux OS
- Hands-on experience maintaining ATE Test Equipment, IC handlers, wafer probers.
- Must have basic understanding of electrical and mechanical theories.
- Ability to communicate effectively with all levels of the organization - verbally and written.
- Ability to understand and execute assigned tasks.

Physical Requirements:
- Ability to continuously operate a personal computer or lab equipment for extended periods of time (4 or more hours).
- Ability to operate a keyboard and other lab equipment, use a telephone, access file cabinets and other items stored at various levels, including overhead
- Ability to communicate clearly and understandably, ensure an accurate exchange of information in normal conversational distance, over the telephone, and in a group setting.
- Ability to handle small and fragile devices with tweezers and /or fingers.
- Require close distance visual acuity with or without correction (Glasses, Contacts, etc.)
- Must be willing and able to wear PPE such as hard-hat, steel-toed shoes, safety glasses, laboratory coat and/or any other devices or equipment that is required.
- Learn new tasks, remember processes, maintain focus, complete tasks independently, make timely decisions in the context of a workflow, ability to communicate with visitors, ability to complete tasks in situations that have a speed or productivity quota.
- Ability to move equipment or items up to 50 lbs.
- Must be able to remain in a stationary position 80% of the time.

Additional Information
Compensation Range: $25.00 - $32.00 (Plus 15% shift differential- graveyard shift)
