Manager of Case Management for Acute Care Hospital

Our client is an accredited acute care medical and surgical hospital located in the Tri-State Area. Their mission is to provide acute care services to the community and surrounding areas. They are currently seeking a Manager of Case Management to join their team!

The Manager of Case Management will manage the daily operations of the department and staff.

Responsibilities Include:

• Participates in the evaluation of departmental activities.
• Monitors individual staff caseloads and beneficiary treatment plans to ensure effective delivery of care, productivity and timeliness.

Job Requirements

• Current New York state RN license required.
• BSN Required. MSN preferred

• Minimum 1 year of leadership experience preferred
• Minimum 2 years of experience in case management, hospital utilization review, and/or managed care
• Case Management certification preferred.
• Ability to establish and maintain collaborative and effective working relationships with a focus on the importance of teamwork

Pay: $80,000.00 - $110,000.00 per year

Experience:

• Case Management: 2 years (Preferred)
• Nurse Leadership: 1 year (Required)

License/Certification:

• Certified Case Manager (Preferred)
• RN (Required)
