Your Impact:

  • Working in a fun and energetic environment that makes you excited to come to work.
  • Producing inspection-ready insulation kits individually or as part of a team.
  • Identifying and selecting correct raw materials
  • Identifying, selecting and using correct tooling
  • Cutting, trimming, shaping and preparing details from raw material. Assemble and finish part(s) or kit(s) per work instruction.
  • Labeling products accurately and legibly IAW applicable specifications
  • Consistently meeting production standards for both quantity and acceptable quality level
  • Documenting fabrication actions and material usage by written or electronic means
  • Maintaining accountability of hand tools, templates and shop aids supplied for each job.
  • Receiving direction from Fabrication Crew Leader and/or Production Supervisor. Rely on standards and/or specific practices and procedures to complete tasks with nominal to direct supervision
  • Complying with all safety policies, practices and procedures. Report unsafe conditions or activities to management.
  • Perform other duties as meets the needs of G-Force

You Will Sweep Us Off Your Feet:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
  • Ability to operate manual and automated equipment as necessary
  • Understanding of Job Traveler and Cut-list by identifying raw material and proper template.
  • Proficient in basic arithmetic, written and verbal expression
  • Ability to determine tolerances expressed in fraction and decimal form. Ability to add, subtract, multiply and divide whole numbers, fraction and decimals.
  • Ability to receive and carry out instructions provided in written, oral or diagram form.
  • Regular attendance is mandatory with availability to work overtime as determined by management
  • Demonstrate and inspire commitment to the Goodwill Mission

You Will Have Us At Hello:

  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds occasionally or frequently with or without accommodations.
  • Moderate work environment with occasional exposure to extreme atmospheric conditions (temperature, noise, fumes, dust, etc.)
  • Required to have visual acuity to determine the accuracy, neatness, and thoroughness of the work assigned.
  • Ability to bend, crawl, stoop, reach and climb.
  • Ability to stand and fabricate kits for extended periods of time.
