We are looking for a highly organized individual who will be responsible for planning, scheduling, coordinating and monitoring site assignments for our field technicians within the Market. This individual should be detailed oriented, have the ability to effectively manage time, prioritize work, and multi-task across several assignments. A perfect candidate will also possessive the ability to think creative and proactive while under pressure and work efficiently as a team player.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities (Other duties may be assigned to meet business needs):

- Schedule site assignments in the market efficiently so all technicians can perform at an optimal level to meet the customers satisfaction

- Create daily production schedule and ensure distribution to all relevant team members

- Meet with field supervisor to determine progress and keep apprised of all changes in the market schedule

- Communicates directly with parts and field manager regarding parts required to complete pending tickets and schedule return visit

- Follow up on all pending and recommended

- Responsible for notifying field supervisor of any problems or issues with planning and scheduling

- Monitor and adjust schedule based on production and open repairs

- Contact client with a “parts pending” status as parts is received and rescheduled

- Suggest corrective actions to keep market on scope with production

- Provide close and constant liaison between headquarters and field employees

- Provide input to management and suggest improvements for efficiency

- Perform other duties as assigned

Required Job Skills:

- Ability to trouble shoot and obtain strong problem-solving skills

- Ability to use discretion when setting priorities and resolving issues in accordance with Company best practices and standards.

- Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Word and Excel; ability to use additional Company software applications.

- Client & Vendor management experience

- Strong written and oral communication skills, including the ability to present ideas and suggestions clearly and effectively.

- Ability to effectively manage time, prioritize work, and multi-task across several assignments

- Must have a strong work ethic and self-motivated

- Very punctual and dependable

- Flexibility and Adaptability

Education and Experience:

- A degree in business management, or a related field

- 2+ years related experience and/or training in customer service, dispatching or project management or equivalent combination of education and experience

- Excellent computer literacy skills

- Excellent planning and time management skills

- Must be able to work successfully independently as well as in a group environment

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $55,000.00 per year
