As the internal consulting, strategy and support team to Omni Visions, Omni Community Health, and Omni Family Foundation, the Omni Family of Services (OFS) focuses on organizational growth, staff and cultural development, and innovation. With specialists in strategy, technology, project management, and marketing communications, OFS has a multi-disciplinary team to leverage synergies and drive progress and innovation within the Omni companies.

About the Role

The Marketing Communications Specialist will work with internal and external stakeholders to implement marketing communications strategies. This entry level role will focus on promoting the Omni Family of Services brand(s) to prospective and current clients, employees and potential applicants.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

• Content development for internal and external communications
• Social media content and engagement
• Intranet and website administration
• Email communications management
• Employee recognition program support
• Promotional and marketing material order management
• Video development
• Special event support
• Other Duties as assigned

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in communications, journalism, public relations, or marketing or related field.
• Strong writing, editing, organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to establish and maintain strong and collaborative working relationships with key constituencies.
• Ability to manage multiple projects while meeting deadlines.
• Team oriented but can function independently and demonstrates the ability to take initiative.
• Excited to support the mission of the Omni Family of Services.

Certificates, Licenses, Registrations: Valid driver’s license, proof of automobile insurance, and reliable transportation.
