• 45% on Marketing Communications- Expressing our brand in your own words!
  • Assist with the creation and scheduling of marketing communications, email campaigns, social media posts, etc.
  • Assist in developing the SEO strategy and Gardiner’s online presence
  • Manage and update external website as needed
• 35% on Internal Communications and Customer Success-Communication is key!
  • Help manage associate communications and exec communication strategy
  • Create campaigns to focus on the Associate Experience and culture that emphasize positive changes in our culture for internal and external use
  • Manage and update the internal website as needed
• 10% on Graphic Design- Where your ideas come to life!
  • Refreshing the Gardiner look and brand
  • Design online and print campaigns
  • Create and maintain sales presentations and client proposals
• 10% on Event Coordination and Community Involvement-Plans to reality!
  • Help create a Community Involvement Strategy for our markets, with a focus on key geographic growth areas and client tie-ins
  • Event coordination and management
  • Lead efforts around charity and volunteering opportunities

QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, advertising, business administration, or related field
• 2-4 years of marketing or related experience
• The ability to problem solve and adapt while working in a fast-paced environment
• Proficiency in Adobe CC (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop) and Canva
