Job description

The Marketing Coordinator will be in charge of all marketing initiatives. This involves developing and implementing marketing programs to generate leads, either personally or through staff and/or third-party providers, in compliance with Tutor Doctor Brand Guidelines, and achieving Franchise lead targets.

Role and Responsibilities:

• Marketing Plan Development,

Develop and align marketing plan to franchise goals

Online o Community-based marketing initiatives

Build out a supporting marketing plan and budget with specific programs and tactics to achieve lead goals

Communicate marketing plan to staff

Develop and maintain annual marketing calendar

Update annual plan quarterly and performance to targets

• Lead Generation Programs

· Implement lead gen programs

· Leverage Tutor Doctor Home office marketing programs and content, updating for franchisee specific requirements as needed

· Organizing and facilitation/execution of all community-based marketing activities (School Communication, Online advertising postings, etc)

· Planning and facilitation of:

o Community guerrilla marketing (tearaways, flyers etc.,)

o Networking Meetings

o Sponsorships

o Community group marketing (social groups, sports etc.)

o Business to Business partnerships and alliances

o Print Opportunities

Other marketing program

• Marketing Communication and
• Marketing Reporting.

Job Types: Part-time, Internship

Salary: $16.00 - $19.00 per hour
