Position Overview

The Marketing Data Analyst will be responsible for evaluating the impact of our demand generation and integrated campaigns, measuring end-to-end marketing funnel performance, producing dashboards to monitor our critical metrics, and performing analyses to optimize marketing performance.

We are looking for someone who has a passion for marketing and data, thinks creatively to find solutions and is passionate about the latest trends in Marketing and technology. This person must be self-motivated and driven to improve his/her marketing analytics skills.

Specific Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Develops and maintains dashboards on website, campaign and funnel performance and reports to stakeholders on a regular cadence. Analyze performance and provide thoughtful recommendations for optimizations.
  • Tracks acquisition channels against business targets/OKRs.
  • Works with channel managers and creative team on insights that will drive higher user engagement and conversions both online and offline.
  • Delivers ad hoc analysis, dashboards, measurement, and uncovers actionable insights to inform business decisions.
  • Explores data continually to find trends, identify potential issues, monitor MQL progress and identify areas for data quality improvement
  • Stays current and knowledgeable of data and analytics technologies. Continually monitors analytics platforms to ensure data gathering, governance and best practices are maintained.

Qualifications:

  • 1+ years' experience in performance / growth marketing analytics, preferably in a B2B, multi-product environment
  • Highly collaborative with strong communication skills - verbal and written - with the ability to break down complex topics into simple solutions and ideas
  • Comfortable with ambiguity and can translate unclear requests into actionable next steps
  • Proficiency working with / querying relational databases
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Advanced level user in Excel
  • Bachelor's degree, preferably in Marketing, Data Science or similar
  • Experience with Bizible, SFDC, Google Analytics / GA4, Google Tag Manager, Marketo, Google Data Studio, Looker, Tableau and/or Gravity Forms is a plus
