You are:
- A jack of all trades - you’re capable of supporting a company’s digital presence, brand, and trade show participation, as well as supporting sales and operations
- Authorized to work in the United States and a resident in a United States time zone
- Comfortable with remote work
- Comfortable spending about 20% of your time traveling to CO to meet with the Marketing team as needed
- Someone who knows when, who, and how to ask for help What you have: Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or related field - knowledge of payment industry a plus
- 1-3 years of marketing experience
- Outstanding verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to distill complex information into key insights and summaries
- Ability to think strategically, creatively and innovatively, while driving ongoing process improvements
- Highly organized and proficient at managing multiple projects at a time
- Demonstrated understanding of the sales funnel
- Familiarity with HubSpot A day in the life as our Marketing Specialist may include:
- Supporting the marketing team and Tilled via a wide variety of projects, from initiation through completion, as well as cross functional teams for select projects
- Owning trade show logistics (booth supplies, marketing collateral, attendee research, etc.)
- Remaining current on industry trends in the market that may impact sales and company profitability
- Handling internal communication requests
- Project managing vendor relationships
- Working closely with Product, Sales and Engineering to gain customer and market insights that help support the marketing roadmap, increase partner activations, and generate more qualified leads
- Informing Sales of opportunities to share insights and resources for customers
- Gathering partner feedback to generate ideas, increase partner engagement, and create/foster a partner community
