The Mashgiach will supervise the overall Kashrut in the kitchen, which includes being present in the kitchen while all meals are being prepared and served.

What will you do?
- Responsible for enforcing the Kosher standards
- Check and prepare food items including certain vegetable, lettuce etc.
- Help in food preparation, when needed.
- Check all products delivered are Kosher and have the correct Hashkacha
- Assists in ensuring a safe working environment throughout the facility for all employees.
What do you need to succeed?
- The Mashgiach must be certified by KOF-K Supervision
- The candidate will also have to meet with our Rabbi to ensure that he/she has a solid knowledge of the regulations.
