We are a high paced, and high volume medical facility that specializes in Regenerative/functional/Aesthetic medicine along with traditional medicine. Medical Assistant license is a plus. The position will require basic data entry, processing insurance claims, booking appointments, managing emails/ schedules (of clients and staff), keeping up with inventory, phone calls, and must have superb people skills. Phlebotomy skills are a plus. A potential candidate must learn ins & out of every processes and procedures that are offered in the clinic, so they can relay that to a potential client. Dress code will be strictly professional/business oriented.

This position can also be qualified as Patient Coordinator, where we are looking for an enthusiastic patient coordinator for our comprehensive aesthetic practice. Someone with high energy, great customer service and excited about beauty and aesthetic treatments. You will be working closely with the staff to coordinate sales consultations, book appointments, answer phones, engage with patients in the front office, track growth opportunities, create marketing materials, contribute to our social media

Skills and Experience:

Previous front office experience, preferably in the aesthetic/beauty industry

Previous sales experience and desire to help clients feel at ease about big expenses, treatment experiences, and expected results

Excellent customer relations skills

Knowledge and understanding of social media such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, blogs.

Motivated self-starter

Personal interest in aesthetics and beauty

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift
• Monday to Friday
