Job description

Looking for a medical front desk receptionist to perform a number of duties, including greeting and scheduling patients, collecting co-payments, calling patients to remind them of appointments, answering and routing calls, working hand in hand with pharmacies and hospitals, and keeping paperwork organized.

Candidate must be able to travel between Libertyville, Gurnee and Grayslake when needed.

Candidate may need to work at least 3-4 days between M-F and some Saturday mornings.

Exceptional phone skill are a must.

Candidate should be able to multi-task.

Candidate would preferably have EMR knowledge.
