Optimal Senior Care Solutions is looking for a Medical Records Clerk to join our team. This person will maintain patient medical records, process requests for medical records, and perform basic clerical duties.RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Maintains patient files and retrieve files for scheduled appointments
- File all patient data upon receipt of information; initiates records for new patients; audits

- Candidate must have excellent interpersonal, written and verbal communication
- Must be computer literate, have appropriate telephone etiquette, and engaging
- High school diploma or equivalent certification required
- Must possess proficient reading, writing, grammar, and mathematics skills.
