Position Summary

This position is primarily responsible for being a key resource that is driven to identify, develop and deliver innovative solutions that are in alignment with the organization’s top goals, and aligns with our center needs for growth and expansion.

Position Responsibilities

• Responsible for solution identification / selection, process improvements to technology innovation best practices, design and development of the necessary requirements, functional specifications and process artifacts to support system development efforts to drive and implement strategic solutions.
• Assist our member centers in identifying options for potential technical solutions assessing them for both technical and business suitability to include conducting / performing decision support analysis (options vetting with pros / cons assessed, gap-fit analysis, etc.).
• Collaborate with IT management, Development and QA Team members, and project managers to help develop the proposed functional and technical architecture solution in order to enable the project team to provision estimates, develop plans and prepare implementation approaches.
• Collaborate with Project Management, Infrastructure leads, and Technical Directors to analyze and define requirements for the solutions.
• Develops and maintains a thorough understanding of business operations, identifying opportunities for operational efficiency through automation and effective utilization of existing and new systems, tools, applications as well as internally designed applications and tools.
• Assist in identification of technology partners that can address identified gaps (to include assisting in contract negotiations SOW scope statements etc.).
• Other duties may be assigned.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

• 
  Knowledge of PC hardware components, Microsoft and Apple operating systems, and Microsoft Office applications.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Process-oriented with documentation and project management skills.
• Individual must show initiative and motivation and must demonstrate successful interpersonal relationship skills.
• Perform position responsibilities with minimal supervision.
