About the Member Marketing Manager, Health Plans & Partners at Headspace Health:

The Member Growth team at Headspace Health focuses on improving the health and happiness of the world by educating and connecting people to the mental health support they need.

We're looking for a strategic, data-driven marketer to help drive member growth across our comprehensive digital mental health platform, including Headspace and Ginger. In this role, you’ll partner closely with the Client Success team to drive member enrollment and engagement in service of connecting members to the mental health support they need. This role requires out-of-the-box thinking, internal collaboration, moving quickly to execute and iterate, and strong communication and influencing skills.

How your skills and passion will come to life at Headspace Health:

  • Increase awareness and reach, drive enrollment and engagement for Headspace and Ginger among Health Plan and Partner accounts.
  • Develop and execute member facing campaigns utilizing a variety of channels (email, direct mail, social, others) and work cross-functionally to test new initiatives in service of our goals.
  • Gather data from multiple systems, leverage it to evaluate campaign performance, optimize campaigns, and report on progress toward achieving goals.
  • Support the Client Success Team’s requests, empower them with talking points, insights, and keep them informed of new campaigns and resources available.
  • Partner with the Client Success Team to identify opportunities to drive enrollment, make clients referenceable, and demonstrate success.
  • Partner with cross functional teams like PR and Social to develop launch campaigns for major Health Plans and Partners accounts
  • Review and guide content creation for marketing campaigns and health plan assets

What you’ve accomplished:

  • 4+ years of relevant experience in B2B2C marketing (e.g., consulting, product marketing, employee benefits marketing, and similar) in a fast-paced and high-growth environment.
  • Passion for mental health, commitment to our vision of a world where everyone is kind to their mind, and alignment with our cultural values.
  • Ability to identify out-of-the-box ideas drawn from quantitative and qualitative insights and see them through to execution.
  • Growth mindset; curiosity to dive into consumer behavior to drive results
  • Passionate about diversity, equity and inclusion to drive diverse perspectives and representation within marketing
  • Ability to use data to monitor, report, and glean insights to make informed recommendations.
  • Ability to create, optimize, and adhere to processes.
  • Strong communication and project management skills.
  • Bonus points if you have experience in healthcare tech or health plan marketing.
  • Bonus points if you are fluent in Spanish, French, or German.
