Mental Health Group Home Manager
Job description
The Group Home Manager is responsible for the daily operations of South Street Group Home.
40 hrs. per week. Some weekends and holidays required.
Responsibilities:
- Supervision and development of staff.
- Recruiting and onboarding of new staff.
- Provides case management services to residents with mental health diagnosis
- Ensures medical appointments and needs are being met for residents.
- Supports consumers in taking their prescribed medications.
- Ensuring regulations of the group home are being adhered to.
- Bachelor’s degree in Social Work, Psychology or other Human Services field.
- Three years relevant experience and at least one year in a residential setting.
- Supervisory experience preferred.
