Summary:

Beacon is a PE backed multi-state provider of residential-based behavioral health services. The Transaction Analyst and Manager will support the Chief Growth Officer and business development efforts of the organization. This position is responsible for providing financial analysis, Dealroom documentation, diligence administration and managing a pipeline application for all transaction targets and related activities. The M&A Analyst compiles analyzes data required for merger, acquisition and denovo projects.

Essential Functions:

· Performs integrated revenue/expense analysis and financial modeling.

· Develops projections, reports, and presentations of the impact of each transaction to the organization.

· Supports the new business activities of the Company and help ensure these efforts result in achieving annual growth targets.

· Project manages intercompany team members required to complete an assigned project on time, to specifications and with accuracy and efficiency.

· Oversees the administration of the company’s pipeline application to ensure all activity is recorded accurately and is measuring the weekly/monthly/quarterly performance of colleague assigned to business development responsibilities.

· Participates in meetings with key referral sources to help determine opportunities to serve unmet market needs and new growth opportunities.

· Collaborates with the Company operation’ team to ensure smooth integrations of new acquisitions or opening of new homes.

· Research payor dynamics and funding mechanisms related to each opportunity to identify ensure the stability, opportunities for growth and long-term sustainability.

· Develops timelines and milestones for each project, delegates accordingly and ensure the timely completion of each.

· Helps identify target acquisitions and contact the principals of these organizations and set up call with Beacon’s leadership to present our capabilities and opportunities for growth.

· Monitors state and local legislative initiatives related to the Company’s services, licensing, rates and regulations.

Required Education and Experience:

· MBA preferred or Bachelor’s degree in finance or accounting.

· Minimum of 2 years in related financial analysis, business development or project management roles.

· Must be a self-starter and able to work independently to achieve desired results.

· Must have excellent organizational, writing, and verbal communication skills.

· Must have experience overseeing and developing multiple projects and opportunities simultaneously.

· Experience with mergers and acquisitions preferred.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $75,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
