Job description
Shifts:
- 1st Shift: 7am-3pm.
- 2nd Shift: 3pm-11pm.
- 3rd Shift: 11pm-7am.
- Metal Factory/Material Raker (Swing Shift 7-7).
- Hours: Rotating 12-hour swing shifts. (Day & Night).
- Most Schedules will be: 7:00 am-7:00 pm for 2 weeks and then 7:00 pm-7:00 am for 2 weeks.
Qualifications:
- Both Positions require a Drug Test.
- Background Check.
- High School Diploma or equivalence, and Steel Toe Boots.
Essential Job Functions for Metal Rakers:
- You will be Raking small piles of what looks like Tin-Foil onto a conveyer belt as it solidifies at 1 millionth of a second out of the furnace.
- Very interesting process and they treat their employees very well.
- Other tasks may be asked of you and this company does put the safety of its employees 1st.
Note: This position can rotate between the slitting & winding, braze, pulse cores, annealing, and testing functions, as skills permit.
Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities (KSAs):
- Ability to read and understand measurements and directions.
- Demonstrated mechanical aptitude.
- Basic computer skills: ability to enter, retrieve, and evaluate data.
Education, Training, & Experience:
- High school graduate or equivalent (required).
- Prior industrial/mechanical experience (preferred).
