The Enterprise Operations as a Service Offering addresses our clients' needs for on-going operations of their technology and business process investments through multi-year contracts. We deliver continuous modernization, upgrades, and address incremental business changes as part of our engagements through our 5 key offerings: SAP Operations, Oracle Operations, IT Operations, Supply Chain Operations, Finance Operations.

Work you'll do/Responsibilities
- Understand technical tables/views within ModelN
- Understanding on the integrations with EBS (DB link/Goldengate/FTP)
- Advanced working proficiency with Unix, Java, JavaScript, SQL Developer, HTML5, Oracle Database skills
- Organize and run client calls as appropriate; frequently contribute as SME when called upon.
- Adhere to Model N processes and contribute to process improvement. Demonstrate a solid understanding of support team's roles and responsibilities within Model N.
- Act as a single-point of contact for client; nurturing existing relationships and developing new
- Working closely with fellow support team members globally

Qualifications
Required
- Bachelor's Degree preferably in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or related IT discipline; or equivalent experience
- 5+ years with Model N
- Advanced working proficiency with Unix, Perl, Java, JavaScript, SQL Developer, HTML5, Oracle Database skills
- Creative, innovative, and analytical thinking is strongly desired
- Limited immigration sponsorship may be available
- Ability to travel 10%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve
