Job Description
JOB TITLE: MS-365 and MS-Team Support (Casual) REPORTS TO: Tech Optimization Supervisor OVERVIEW OF ROLE: MS-365 and MS-Teams support and Administration DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Support end users questions and issues as they pertain to MS-365 and MS-Teams. Stay current with MS-365 and MS-Teams features and upcoming changes. Assist with Points Files requests and the transfer of Points knowledge. Assist with Web-setup and communications. Transfer of Sharepoint DB knowledge. Consistently meet and attain goals set by your Supervisor. Take on new tasks assigned by the supervisor.
Job Requirements:
REQUIREMENTS: Must have experience / training in computer programming in any environment. Must have good verbal and written communication skills. Must be a team player working with all departments and service centers.
