NATIONAL ACCOUNTS MANAGER:

This is your chance to be at the forefront of leading the charge to make Jushi the standard in multi-state cannabis operations. We are seeking a National Accounts Manager for our National Commercial team. He/she/they will work directly with business stakeholders and other team members to execute a best-in-class General Merchandise assortment that delivers continuous cost, performance, and process improvements. The Merchandising and Inventory Manager should be an expert in creating competitive environments and making business decisions rooted in data analytics. (Must Reside in the listed states: PA, VA, IL, MA, OH, NV, CA)

THE TEAM:

We identify, evaluate, and acquire U.S.-based cannabis operations within each state to vertically integrate, produce, and distribute medical grade cannabis formulations in the United States offering patients and customers premium, high-grade cannabis and related products.

WHAT YOU WILL DO:

• Lead all merchandising and pricing efforts for accessories, ancillary, and general merchandise for Jushi retail stores, which includes:
  • Build category strategy
  • Develop, track, and work towards a financial plan
  • Manage replenishment needs
  • Work cross-functionally with Retail to develop visual merchandising standards
• Lead accessory product development and merchandising for all private brands, including merchandise for The Bank, The Lab, Tasteology, SeCHe, Nira+, Beyond Hello, Nature’s Remedy, and NuLeaf
• Lead the management of our E-Commerce retail platform where we sell all branded merchandise to end consumers
• Develop relationships with key suppliers nationally to ensure best possible costing and to procure a best-in-class accessory assortment for our stores
• Work cross-functionally to support Commercial branded outreach needs
• Support National Accounts Director with MSO vendor analysis and presentation materials as needed

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, finance, or related field
• 3-5 years of corporate retail merchandising, replenishment, buying, or category management experience or similar role ideally in CPG companies
• Solid knowledge of replenishment, category management, merchandising, and negotiation tactics
• Understanding of data analysis and forecasting methods
• Extensive MS Office Suite experience including knowledge of Excel
• Strong analytical, organizational, and prioritization skills
• Strong people skills and written/oral communication skills
• Ability to problem solve complex issues; know when to escalate
• Impeccable attention to detail and time management
• Ability to lead & work well with a team
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Financial analysis capabilities
• Must be able to work independently with limited direction
