JOB SUMMARY

Develop a strong provider network, recruit & retain network providers, and train & educate providers to ensure compliance with LIBERTYs policies and procedures. This position requires the ability to regularly travel in the course of work.

WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR:

An innovative thinker with the ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists. Someone that is able interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form. Self - Motivated, Full of Energy and a CAN-DO Attitude.

A special someone that can:

• Recruit General Dentists and Specialists for various networks as assigned to meet objectives at department and corporate levels
• Review competitor information and propose strategies to meet recruitment needs
• Analyze existing network providers and determine if additional recruitment of providers is necessary to meet access standards
• Research and analyze fee schedules within assigned territory to determine cost effectiveness of contracting providers

WHAT YOU’LL NEED:

• High School Diploma required
• BA/BS degree preferred
• Previous insurance network management experience required
• Minimum three years of dental office or healthcare company experience
• Previous sales and customer service experience strongly preferred
• Previous insurance network management experience required
• Knowledge of dental terminology
• Strong presentation skills
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English language; bilingual a plus
• Proficient in Microsoft Office specifically Word, Excel and Outlook
• Minimum typing speed of 40 wpm
• Must have a valid driver's license and proof of insurance with minimum liability of $100,000 of coverage
• Must have reliable transportation. Position requires travel by car, which may include nights and weekends for special events.

Compensation:

In the spirit of pay transparency, we are excited to share the base salary for this position is $58,760 - $76,388 exclusive of fringe benefits or potential bonuses. If you are hired at LIBERTY, your final base salary compensation will be determined based on factors such as geographic location, skills, education, and/or experience. In addition to those factors – we believe in the importance of pay equity and consider internal equity of our current team members as a part of any, final offer. Please keep in mind that the range mentioned above is the full base salary range for the role. Hiring at the maximum of the range would not be typical in order to allow for future & continued salary growth. We also offer a generous compensation and benefits package.
