Network Planning Project Manager
W2 contract, Full time
Concoed, CA Market role.

Top Requirements:

• Seasoned project manager in the mobile telecommunications field.
• Experience in managing scopes involving Network Planning or Network Performance.
• Managing a large number of drive test teams that will verify basic cell performance.
• Understating of cell coverage, cell performance (e.g., Download speed), drive test process and tools is a significant plus.
• This is position is for a Project Manager NOT a drive test coordinator.

Job Description:

• The Network Planning Project Manager will be asked to manage a network planning project according to the agreed Scope of Work (SOW), within schedule and budget.
• Responsibilities include managing the customer expectations as well as leading the project team.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

• Completely understand the Scope of Work and the Objective of the project.
• Take full ownership of driving the project team to make deliverables that conform with the SOW and meeting project timeline.
• Take full ownership of the war room reporting and quality of their trackers.
• Have a clear, open, and confident communication with the customer, drive test teams and project stakeholders.
• Reaching agreement with the customer regarding Service acceptance.
• Plan and communicate accurate demand figures for demand planning process.

Experience & Specialized Knowledge:

• Seasoned project manager in the mobile telecommunications field and with experience in managing scopes involving Network Planning or Network Performance.
• The project will include managing a large number of drive test teams that will verify basic cell performance.
• Understating of cell coverage, cell performance (e.g., Download speed), drive test process and tools is a significant plus.
• This is position is for a Project Manager not a drive test coordinator.
• Solid leadership, communication, organization skills and drive.
• Good technical background in the UMTS/GSM/LTE/5G technologies.

Note:

• Candidate will be required to work onsite in Concord CA.

Job Types: Full-time, Contract

Salary: $10,000.00 - $11,000.00 per month
