We invite new registered nursing (RN) graduates, recent graduates, and soon-to-be graduates to apply for this unique opportunity to begin your nursing career through the Kingman Regional Medical Center (KRMC) nurse residency program. Our program provides valuable training and experience that bridges your academic experience to the real world of nursing. As a nurse resident, you will receive full-time compensation and benefits while you gain hands-on experience. At the end of the nurse residency program our residents transition to staff roles.

Residency Program Start Date: January 30, 2023

Bonus: $2,500 Completion Bonus

Minimum Requirements: Must graduate with ADN/BSN by program start date of January 30th, 2023.

• Graduate Nurse (GN)- Graduate that has not yet taken the NCLEX an accredited nursing program (who has not taken the NCLEX) who can perform all clinical duties under the direction of a licensed nurse except passing medication or be a Meditech co-signer.
• New RN (less than 1 year of acute care experience) - Licensed graduate from an accredited nursing program (who has tested and passed the NCLEX) who can perform all clinical duties under the direction of a licensed nurse.
