The company pays the tuition for the nursing assistant training program so you can become a Certified or State Tested Nursing Assistants at our location. This will allow you the support and training necessary to take advance your career as a Nursing Assistant.

ProMedica of Centerville is actively looking to immediately recruit, interview, hire, and train for the position of Full-Time Nursing Assistant Paid Training Classes (hired on as Hospitality Aide). Before attending the Certified Nurse Aide Training Program, Hospitality Aides work to help STNAs with the delivery of meal trays, answering call lights, and straightening/cleaning patient areas. Hospitality Aides only work 7am-3pm or 11am-7pm (once you have completed the Certified Nurse Aide Training Program, you would them be eligible to begin other shifts). Once you have completed the Certified Nurse Aide Training Program, you would be eligible to begin on one of our 7am-3pm, 3pm-11pm, 11pm-7am, 7am-7pm, and 7pm-7am shifts. Our positions include working every other weekend (Saturday/Sunday). We also have six holidays in our rotation (New Year's Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, and Christmas Day) in which team members work every other holiday (three holidays in one year and the opposite three in the next year). We offer a generous Shift Differential (once you have completed the Certified Nurse Aide Training Program) of $2.00 per hour for any hours worked between 3pm-11pm and $1.00 per hour for any hours worked between 11pm-7am. Once deemed eligible for the Certified Nurse Aide Training Program, the facility will pay for the program (the program is 2-weeks long). The facility does not pay wages during the time for which you are attending the program. The facility will also pay for the first 2 attempts to successfully pass both portions (Knowledge and Skills) of the Ohio State Test.
