We're looking for a Nursing Supervisor to join our Rockwood Eye & Optical clinic team at in Spokane, Washington.

Position Summary
This position is responsible for providing overall clinical supervision through management and clinical expertise. Responsibilities include overall direction of patient care, collaborating with physicians, mid-level providers and staff in order to deliver high quality efficient care in a pleasant, effective environment. It requires efficient personnel management, selection and development designed to minimize turnover. Financial management, through budget analysis and the preparation/implementation of cost reduction efforts, are important aspects of this position.

Minimum Requirements

• Clinical experience
• 3-5 years increasingly responsible management experience
• Strong interpersonal communication and organizational skills, ability to manage resources effectively

Education/Licenses/Certifications

• Bachelor's degree in Nursing, or obtained within three years from the initial date of hire
• Advanced Degree in Nursing (MSN, PhD, DNP, ARNP) preferred
• Must have and maintain current CPR/BLS certification
• Licensed in the State of Washington as a Registered Nurse
