SUMMARY:

  • This roles primary responsibility includes providing administrative support to managers and employees through a variety of tasks related to the organization.
  • ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Maintain inventory of office supplies and uniform shirts
  • Planning and coordinating company events including executive and team events and luncheons
  • Answer and direct phone calls to relevant departments or staff
  • Maintain and distribute contact list
  • Receive, sort, and distribute mail and packages
  • Facilitating and executing tasks and project for executives on ad hoc basis
  • Assist HR by creating event boards, flyers, and notices
  • Assist all departments and managers in any administrative support they might need
  • Data entry as needed
  • Organization and reconciliation of credit cards
  • AR invoicing for Plastic recycling
  • Assist with other office duties as needed which may include but not limited to backup for ap or hr or other special projects
  • Accountable for professional interactions with all employees, including co-workers, team leads, supervisors, managers, and administration

QUALIFICATIONS AND EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS:

  • High school diploma
  • 1-2 Years experience
  • Proficiency in or knowledge of using a variety of computer software applications, specifically excel and work

PREFERRED SKILLS:

  • Excellent telephone, written and oral communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
  • Strong organizational and planning skills

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $17.00 - $21.00 per hour

Experience:

  • Microsoft Office: 1 year (Preferred)
