Responsibilities
- Create and update records ensuring accuracy and validity of information
- Schedule, make appointments support management by handling tasks on their behalf.
- Organize client visits, events, and workshop etc.
- Using and Editing Microsoft Word, Excel, PDF
- Ability to do research online and assist coworkers with projects that come up as needed
- Ability to come-up with creative idea to socialize in Social Media platforms like LinkedIn, Twitter etc as needed.
- Coordinate with other departments (like HR, Finance, Operations, Facility) and ensure compliance.
- Perform receptionist duties when needed
- Good Spelling skills are a MUST
- Answer telephone calls and triage for information corresponding with clients, vendors, partners, and employees.
- Mail sorting and management.
- Basic Skill and Qualification
- Excellent Oral and Written Communication Skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PPT and Handling social media
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Minimum 2 - 3 Years of experience in Corporate Setup
