Job Summary:

The Office Manager will oversee the general administrative function and activities of the office.

Duties:

  • Ordering office supplies
  • Greeting company visitors
  • Developing and implementing new administrative systems
  • Supervising personnel
  • File Storage and managment
  • Setting up appointments, conferences and managing meeting rooms
  • Managing office expenditure and budgets
  • Testing technical systems
  • Undertaking accounting responsibilities
  • Managing the social media channels of the company (company dependent)

Qualifications:

  • Bachelors' Degree in Business Studies, Information Technology/Computing or Related Field
  • Strong Leadership and Management Skills
  • Experience in Human Resources
  • Ability to type 60 WPM
  • Microsoft Office/Google Applications Skills
  • High Attention to Detail and Analytical skills

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $20.00 - $23.00 per hour

Schedule:

  • 4 hour shift
  • Day shift
  • Monday to Friday

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Teaneck, NJ: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)

Experience:

  • Microsoft Office: 3 years (Preferred)
  • Administrative experience: 3 years (Preferred)

Work Location: In person
