Job Title: Dental Office Manager

Job Description:
We are seeking a self-motivated, detail oriented, performance-driven dental office manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of experience in dentistry and be able to manage all aspects of the office.
Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day operations of the dental office
- Oversee patient scheduling and billing
- Manage staff and ensure compliance with all office policies and procedures
- Ensure that all equipment is properly maintained and serviced
- Maintain inventory of all supplies and order as needed
- Ensure that all patient records are properly maintained and updated
- Ensure that all insurance claims are correct and processed in a timely manner
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in dentistry
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong organizational skills
- Ability to work well under pressure
- Strong initiative
- Moral and ethical
