Sacramento Post-Acute is a 5-Star 94-bed skilled nursing and sub-acute care facility. Our wonderful staff provide a range of services that include trach care, ventilator management (sub-acute wing), wound care, short-term rehabilitation, and daily living care for long-term patients.

We currently have an opening for a Full-Time Business Office manager. The schedule is Monday - Friday with flexible hours.

As part of your team you will work along side an exceptional Business Office Assistant that is experienced in billing and collections of all payor sources. You will also be a part of an established team that includes Admissions, Case Manager, MDS Nurse, Social Services, Rehab Director, A/P Manager, ADON, DON, Medical Records and transportation specialist. Regional Support staff are also available to ensure your success.

Role and Responsibilities:

• Strong understanding of skilled nursing billing and payment as well as proficient in Microsoft products and computer skills.
• Communicate with patient and/or family members as necessary.
• Attend weekly discharge planning meeting with IDT, and monthly Triple-Check meeting.
• Minimum one-year experience in a long term care facility.
