The full hiring range for this role is: $19.10-$26.70 hourly; however, the base pay offered may vary depending on the job-related knowledge, skills, credentials, and experience of each candidate as well as other factors such as the scope and location of the role. Candidates outside of the range listed above are encouraged to apply and will be considered based upon their individual qualifications and/or may be considered for other positions.
- Complete duties that are routine and clerical in nature.
- Keeps accurate and current records in designated systems that are accessible to others.
- Updates routine reports and understands information.
- Open, sort and deliver daily mail to appropriate person or department.
- Scan documents into designated systems that are accessible to others.
- Assemble and fold paperwork, stuff envelopes and prepare mailings.
- Weigh, meter and prepare outgoing mail and packages for pickup or drop off at the post office.
- Perform special projects and other duties as assigned to support the underwriting department and the office.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Demonstrated ability to pay attention to details.
- Ability to follow multiple processes and procedures.
- Excellent time management skills and ability to meet deadlines.
- High School diploma or equivalent.
- Proficient use of various core systems, office and computer equipment and software packages.
