The Community Awareness, Response, and Engagement, Victims' Services Unit (VSU) is looking for a motivated Office Technician (General) to perform a variety of administrative work related to victim services for Californians. Under the general supervision of the Staff Services Manager I, the Office Technician (General) is responsible for providing clerical assistance, coordinating publications and the VSU webpage, assisting with fiscal information, facilitating outreach and training, and performing data entry associated with grant reporting.

In order to be a competitive candidate, you will want to have at least a few of the backgrounds or skill sets below:

• Some experience with budgets/accounting
• Microsoft Excel
• Customer Service
• Bilingual (any language)
• General administrative experience

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $3,308.00 - $4,145.00 per month
