Job description

The Arlington School is a trauma-informed, day treatment school administered by NFI Vermont. We are looking for dynamic and energetic employees to provide one-to-one support to student who have academic, emotional, behavioral and social challenges. The ideal candidates will be skillful at creating safe relationships with students, be able to work well with a team and have the capacity to manage stress when students are experiencing challenges. This is an hourly, non-benefitted position for the 22/23 school year.
