Northern California Retina Vitreous Associates Medical Group is seeking a Full Time, Ophthalmic Back Office Specialist for our Daly City, San Mateo and Monterey office locations. Must have proof of COVID 19 Vaccination and Booster.

This is a very dynamic position and we are looking for the following attributes.

• Experience working in a fast paced clinical office setting.
• Experience with an Ophthalmology-Retina practice preferred.
• Must be able to multitask and handle a high patient volume.
• Experience performing documenting chief complaints, medical history a must.
• Experience administering drops, injection preparation.
• Experience with OCT imaging, preferred.
• Experience with Fundus/FA photography, preferred.
• Computer literate and experience using Electronic Healthcare Records, Web Browsing, email, spreadsheets.
• Adaptable and able to learn quickly.
• Meticulous and detail oriented.
• Able to follow direction with minimal supervision.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent customer service skills
• Organized, excellent time management skills.
• Experience ordering and tracking medications / drugs.
• Team oriented and team player, realizes what you do contributes to the success of the group.
• Able and willing to travel to multiple locations
