:hire is currently looking to fill an Order Coordinator position for a client partner in the Gahanna area.

The Order Coordinator will be responsible for being the of the face of the company interacting with customers, vendors, and sales pertaining to international transport of goods related to all international orders with special focus on Military and South American regions.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

• Strong attention to detail
• Adhere to company safety rules and requirements
• Follow quality, technical, process, and operational procedures
• Fast Paced, detailed, think creatively, work with a team, multitask
• Follows attendance policy, showing up for work on time every day
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment
• Provide updates on the orders to the LATAM region
• Other duties as assigned
• Identify and remove obstacles that would block shipment
• Escalate situations upwards to local management
• Coordinate logistics as interface to broker/forwarder for shipping lines, drayage companies and warehouses
• Generate necessary paperwork and manage deliveries
• Oversee invoicing process
• Assist in the development on monthly forecasts
• Manage logistics from supplier to customer including processing of documentation and tracking orders
• Review and manage deadlines
• Serve as a backup to other logistics personnel which may include Import/Export responsibilities
• Data entry of new spares orders from the South American region
• Coordinate with supply chain team, sales, and other affiliates for open orders tracking

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree strongly preferred
• 2-4 years’ experience in Material Coordination
