Elite Orthodontics is contuing to grow and expand. We are looking for a highly motivated Treatment coordinator to join our group - This role is vital to the health and stability of the practice. Applicant must care for this position and all that it entails. The applicant should be comfortable talking with people from all walks of life, and have reliable transportation to all our office locations.

We have need for a trained Treatment Coordinator who will travel with the team to 3 locations in the Northern Virginia Region.
-Falls Church
-Fair Oaks
-Woodbridge

Job duties would include but not be limited to:
New patient demographics verification (If not completed prior to arrival).
Records and X-Rays
Treatment Planning and Sales
Referrals to Other Providers for Treatment outside of Orthodontics
Ins Pre-Authorization on pt's requiring clearance.
Follow ups on patients who did not convert same day.
Clear record keeping
Financial Literacy and understanding insurance breakdowns
Contracts/Consents
Treatment plan write up and email communication with referrinng providers.
Answering phones and Answering patients concerns
Scheduling Treatment Starts

MUST BE TECHNOLOGY LITERATE AND UNDERSTAND IMAC SYSTEMS.

This position requires a high degree of independent work ethic, sales, and thorough handling of protected patient information.

We are looking for someone with previous Treatment planning experience, preferrably in orthodontics. We will train the right candidate for orthodontics- as long as this candidate posseses several of the critical skills listed above.

Pay to commiserate with experience - Ranges from $18-27/HR

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $19.00 - $31.00 per hour
