Job description
Purpose: This position is intended to support the clinical services offered through Centered (www.centeredhealth.org). Centered is a workplace wellness and mental health program designed to support the business community throughout the Front Range. Centered is a new and exciting joint venture created by two well established mental health centers—Jefferson Center for Mental Health and Mental Health Partners.
Job Summary: This position will provide time-limited individual and group psychotherapy and education to employees that work for companies contracted for Centered wellness and mental health services. Services will be conducted virtually and in person as needed. As capacity allows the position may also provide commercial insurance services to MHP clients.
Essential Functions:
- Provide individual and group therapy sessions for the employees contracted with Centered and if/when capacity allows with MHP commercial insurance clinic clients.
- Flexibly offer clinical services both in person and virtually through telehealth platform
- Provide superb care to individuals and families utilizing a whole person approach
- Coordinate care with internal and external providers for individuals that need additional supports
- Work constructively and positively with individuals to reach agreed upon positive outcomes
- Establish a practice that is both challenging and rewarding
- Maintain strong relationships with coworkers
- Collaborate as needed with other mental health programs and services
- Comply with HIPAA and other Federal or State Data Privacy laws related to the handling of organizational data.
- Meet defined personal and department goals and activity metrics.
- Support, and demonstrate MHP and Centered’ s mission, vision and values through both behavior and job performance and follows policies, procedures, Compliance Plan and Standards of Conduct daily.
- Communicate with other MHP and FRHP staff/clients/customers/partners.
- Regular attendance is required to perform other essential functions of the job.
- Other tasks as assigned.
Specialized Duties:
- Application of healthy lifestyle principles in the treatment of mental health disorders
- Occasional public speaking regarding mental health particularly as it relates to whole health

Qualifications:
- Must be licensed for independent clinical practice in Colorado (LCSW or Licensed Psychologist preferred; LPC, LMFT will be considered). LAC, CAC preferred
- Experience in wellness services, prevention, and holistic approaches in the treatment of mental health disorders and a basic understanding of healthy lifestyle principles.
- Experience in evidence-based practices that support focused, episodic care (ex: SFBT, MI and CET) and knowledge of Strength-based, Recovery/Resiliency-oriented, Wellness-enhancing treatment approaches with experience providing somatic therapy and interventions preferred
- Experience providing groups, workshops or delivering classes
- Experienced public speaking skills and understanding of mental health population.
- Experience coordinating complex care across various agencies (e.g., health, mental health, substance use, domestic violence, social service needs, educational, housing, etc.)
- Working understanding of the concepts of Healthcare Equity, Health Disparities and Cultural Relevance and of their impact on service planning, service coordination and service provision
- Experience with culturally responsive models of care and commitment to provision of culturally relevant and linguistically appropriate services.
